Why Calfee?

- A Word from the President -

Our goal at Calfee Garden Club is to promote the knowledge and appreciation of gardening, not only within our membership, but also in our community.  We are proud of our outreach programs which include the design and maintenance of The Memorial Garden at Yowell Meadow Park and our preschool craft day among others.  Each month we invite a guest speaker who shares their knowledge and expertise of gardening, on many topics, from flowers and trees to insects and tools, and even snakes.  Also, at each meeting we exhibit floral designs and horticulture specimens, which are critiqued and discussed.  If you have an interest in gardening and you would like to learn more about Calfee Garden Club, please consider attending a meeting.  Perhaps, you'll decide to join us in our gardening journey.
